Orders, payment & GST

Delivery

Goods are dispatched across India through transport or courier partners. Delivery time depends on location and carrier.

Returns

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Electrical items, gas, chemicals and custom-made items are not returnable once used or installed.

Liability

Spare parts must be installed by a qualified technician. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
